App has bugs

This app is OK for searching vehicles but be leery about giving them your emails. I save some search criteria like MAXIMUM PRICE of $18k. Every day I get a bunch of emails with what “they” call “similar” vehicles selling for $30-50k. SORRY that is NOT similar!! And trying to send them comments is almost impossible. Very poorly written and run app!
Filters don’t work

If I can’t filter my findings this app is pointless. It works on the computer tho.

The app is not too bad but for some reason only works on WiFi for me. App does not currently have an update and I have tried deleting and re-installing, but am facing the same issue. Also, if I’m viewing a vehicle and I go back to the listings it brings me back to the top every time. This is pretty frustrating.

Love CarGurus but the app is messed up. The search is glitching. I ask for certain filters and it keeps showing me everything again. If I set a price range and open a car to look, when I got back to results it’s showing me all the price ranges. Takes too much time to completely redo the filters every time. If it gets fixed would be happy to give 5 stars.

Requested search listings are not shown in their entirity, so if lowest price first is selected and it says that there a thousand listings, you are only able to view the first five or so listings. After that, you see a message at the bottom of the screen that says “loading image”, no matter which search option you select. I’m using the IPhone 8+ with Ios version 12.4, using voiceover text-to-speech technology from Apple.
Search views

After viewing a car and hit back button, then go back to listings in your search, takes you all the way back to first listing. Not where you left off. Really annoying to have to scroll all the way back through listings.
