I like the app, but lately I've noticed. When you look at a car,and then go back. It doesn't return you to the same spot. It takes you back to the front of the lists. It just started doing this. So if you look at the 50th car in the list. When you go back it starts you all over. Can you please address this?

there’s this new problem, when you tap to see a car and go back it takes you right back to the top of the list. So it doesn’t matter how far you are down you’ll have to scroll all the way down again when you back out of the car you where looking at
Great idea, poor result

This app has great possibilities for car shopping. BUT it’s very frustrating to use. When I set search criteria, the results I get contain MANY cars that are clearly outside the scope of the search. I subscribed to get email updates based on my search criteria, and even those contain multiple options that are outside my chosen criteria. Why give me the option to choose if you are going to completely ignore my choices?

Whenever I try to open the app it will always have trouble “reaching the server”. Constant refreshes and after 5-20 refreshes it might connect.
Nice but slow and crashes

Not bad app but it is very slow, glitchy and crashes after viewing 10-20 vehicles. The search engine is pretty good with lots of filters. Hopefully they can get it to speed of viewing and crashing solved.
I Like CarGurus But The App Is Very Glitchy

Car gurus is a great site, but the app is having some serious glitches. The app will never fully load and has that little loading circle in the middle of my screen the whole time. I can press on the filter button, but for some reason it will show me a car instead. When I try to press “all results” once I’m done looking at a specific car, it won’t take me back to all results. I know it’s not my phone because all of my other apps work perfectly and don’t have loading problems. Just getting on Cargurus on my laptop is easier than using the app.
