Needs improvements

The app is slow to respond to selections and page changes. It freezes and takes forever to load images of the cars. I ha e had to refine my search 8 times in one use because it took toiling to load. Also need a feature that lets you refine by using a keyword and or adding the venues seats option.

Your app keeps freezing after uing it for about 30 minutes. Please fix! It's difficult to open up photos and go back to the "all search results" link as well.

Cargurus is Really irritating to use. the system presumably has some button that tirekickers can click to generically “express interest” in your vehicle. This consistently goes nowhere beyond wasting my time with morons, and often following up with them gets no response at all. Make these people write a specific message to me alongside clicking the “interested” button. Otherwise it’s essentially the car marketplace version of a Facebook poke. Annoying and serves no purpose. Additionally, it’s impossible to paste a link when communicating with a buyer.

It’s annoying strolling down looking at cars for sale only to be met a loading symbol that never goes away. I close out the app and try again and again I’m met with a another loading symbol that never loads. The app seems to crash more than I like or takes forever to get started

Search filter are bugged.

When you use multiple filters it adds them to the search but when it tries to load more cars it clears the filter but when you go back to do the filters again it won’t save. You have to close the app completely to fix the filters only to have it do the same thing again. Impossible to only search for certain criteria.

I use Carguru to search for vehicles all the time. I finally got my wife to agree to trade her car in for another one, and your apps location feature is messed up! I have tried every filter feature within your app, as well as your website. None of them is working. I would definitely take a look at it and see what’s causing this problem.

Can't go back to previous screen and doesn't load saved searches

Mobile version is better than app. After I click on picture i can't go back to previous screen. Instead i have to refresh my search. Saved searches don't work. It shows what filters i sacred but doesn't apply them. Mobile web version works better.

It’s great overall but the app every time you click on the app it says error reaching server I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app 12 times still no change
