If u booked a trip and paid with apple pay and then if no one accepted it and u cancelled it the money will not return to your bank account Everytime i contact them they get back with unreasonable explanation

لما يكنسلو طلبك المبلغ يروح للمحفظة مو لحساب البنك. when they cancel your order they keep the money and add it to your wallet not back to your card.

The location is not accurate according to the driver when you choose your destination and your current location which happened to me on my recent request. The captain have canceled the trip on his own because the cost is not the same and asked for much more money 9000 IQD for one way from Lebanese village to Sharwani. The captain phone number is 0750 425 5096 and his name is Walat

The app freezes up when trying to book a ride, when it asks for a feedback on the previous driver. But even worse, when we had a flat tire during our ride, getting through to supper and securing a replacement car took almost 30 minutes! Careem: get to the basics and get them right!

Terrible customer service! I did 3 orders, 2 of them didn’t arrive and 1 arrived 30 minutes late. Waste of time.
