I have never in my life had to deal with such incompetent people. Over and over again I was met with pure disregard for my concerns. After 50 emails I am left with no answers and out a substantial sum of money due to careem and their incompetence.

Food was waiting for over an hour. We call the app to find out it was canceled with out anyone letting us know. Sadam huisain the supervisor was zero help. I will never spend another dollar for this company. Gabage.

Unfortunately very bad service!!! It happened to me a few times now i order a car and i wait for it and then he looses his way and they cancel the ride and charge me!!! I call the driver and they can barely talk english or understand !!!today they canceled 2 rides and they charged me and when i called the driver he sisnt understand a word i said and he didnt know how to talk well!! And my adress is in pearl and very easy!! And there s noone else to contact for this issue.. i mean i want my money back because its their fault that they didnt reach or lost their way!!! Why would u charge me??
