Terrible customer service when there is issues with the order.

خدمة التوصيل سيئة جدا وتعامل الكابتن في خدمة التوصيل سيء جدا طلبت توصيل اغراض من شركة الى مكاني ، الكابتن يصل قرب الشركة المطلوب استلام الاغراض منها ويرفض الدخول للشركة واستلام الاغراض وبعد مرور 5 دقائق يلغي الطلب ويتم تحميل غرامة تاخير على حسابي لان الكابتن رفض الدخول للشركة وتكرر الموضوع مرتين وعندما اتصل بخدمة العملاء يبلغوني بانه ( السستم هكذا ولا نستطيع فعل شيء )

Trying to figure out how much credit I have, but there is no option. Once I paid, it’s showing me a credit balance, but that should’ve been taken off the order first and an option should be provided at point of purchase. I am also supposed to have free delivery for several orders, but again I can’t find the codes. Dislike the app more and more, everytime I use it.

I had a serious issue and wrote a report discussing my problem and no one did anything and they didn’t answer. The drivers they hire almost all of them are very bad drivers and impolite . Yesterday my careem driver was drunk.

First time download, none of the main home screen functions (eg. Food, Shop, etc) work. Is this a p0 outage that everyone ignores, or is this App just full of high priority bugs?

your captin is taking more than one order in diffrent application and delivere them at the same time. ( hungerstation) / he deny that also disrespect me when he says that he didnt do anything of the above, when i confront him he hung up on me and didnt reply. it was a very bad experience... food is cold and im angry at the driver attitude.. this is the last time ordering from careem
