I have been charged 10 AED by Careem bike and I didn’t use any careem bike for the last 30 hours . I tried to contact any customer support but I couldn’t find any number or link . Please be carful when using this application . You are in third world country so you can’t get your right لقد خصم مبلغ ١٠ دراهم اليوم رغم عدم استخدامي لدراجات كريم منذ اكثر من ٣٠ ساعه . لا يوجد اي رابطه للشكوى ولا رقم تلفون لخدمة العملاء مع الاسف هذا يحدث فقط في دول العالم الثالث ومن المستحيل حصولك على حقك . يرجى الحظر عند استخدام هذا التطبيق .

مرحبا منذ 5 سنوات وانا استخدم كريم في الفتره الاخيرة صارت نفس المشاوير بس بكلفة اكثر الصراحة بديت افكر اشوف غير تطبيق اذا بقت الاسعار غالية!!
Constant error messages when adding credit cards

Just downloaded app and it won’t accept any of the credit cards I try to add for payment. Terrible. Will delete Careem and use Uber instead.

الاسعار نار الكروه الي بلشارع ب 4 الف بكريم ب 8 او ب 7 انصح الكل بتطبيق بلي او obr ارخص منهم وعندهم عروض وبروموكودات حقيقية مو بروموكود مال قفاصه

This app is useless. I ordered a ride but the driver had a problem with identifying the location in his app and asked me to drop off. I order another one, but he delayed and did not respond to my message when I asked hime if he would come to me. I had to cancel the trip, and they charged me for that. Moreover, the app doesn’t show how much you have to pay, unlike Uber. It is very bad app and management.
