Really enjoyed this app/site for a while, until the past couple months. Very glitchy and the membership is too expensive for poor services

This app is impossible to use. I constantly - and I mean CONSTANTLY - get error messages saying that a message can’t be sent because the user is no longer on Care.com. I have to go back to the home screen, then find the sitter again, and then try sending my message again. This app is super buggy, and it’s disappointing that people pay $40/month for something that works badly. The website isn’t much better.

I started using the app and sent out some messages to potential clients. They said I had been messaged back but the only way to read it was to pay for a subscription. I was dumb enough to do it and found out that the messages were just a copy of what I sent. Not a potential client, but exactly what I had sent out. Do not use. It’s a scam!

You can’t do ANYTHING on this app unless you purchase a membership. No job applications, no messages, can’t receive messages, etc. This app used to be the best way for me to find nanny jobs and now they’ve completely lost me as a user. Why would I pay for an entire year of this app when I’d only be using it to find one job? It’s a scam.
