I love that app. I have had it for years now. Made it super convenient having all my perks cards in one location. I have even been asked by many people what it is and they love it too. Now I am crashing when opening. I have cards on here that I no longer have physically and the thought that I cannot at least access them has me a little worried. Please fix it Please do an update on the app. UPDATE: 13Oct19- just got word the app is up and running and it is!! Thank you so much!!! This is by far my favorite app. Please keep up the great work and never bring your app down. I am now a happy customer at 5stars again!!!

I updated my Apple phone and can no longer access any of my cards. I have thrown the physical cards away... do not use this app... very outdated! UPDATE: New update to app works with IOS 13 and all my information is back. Loving CardStar again and updated my review.
Doesn’t work on iPhone 10

This was the first app I downloaded nearly 10 years ago and was my most used app. When I got my iPhone 10 the app won’t open. Had to download another app, but lost a lot of my data. Very disappointed! Update: An update for iOS 13 was made available that got the app working again. It’s a great app again!
App will not open

With Apple’s release of IOS 13, the app will not open. Until then I’ve used this app to store all my cards...now no access ? the developers fixed the app and now works as it has been doing seamlessly for years!

If you loose access for whatever reason, there is no one that will reply to your emails. After installing iOS 13, the app no longer starts up. All my cards are gone since the developer is gone and there is also no web access to retrieve your account data. Update: so it seems the app is now updated but since i already migrated to different app, i don’t care. I only raise the review by one star since the developer made me transfer manually all to a different app due to their silence.

I’ve had this app since I got my iPhone. I’ve never had a problem and always recommended it. Since I did the update IOS 13 I’ve been unable access my cards and it keeps telling me I have to sign on. I’ve requested my password since I had it set up with one touch sign in. Now I’ve lost all my cards! I’ve requested my password for over a week and still nothing. DON’T GET THIS APP!!! Horrible customer service Get Stocard **** Update to this review I received an email from CardStar on how to reset my password I’ve been trying this for four days and I still can’t update the password and get into my account I’ve lost all my cards. There’s no phone number to be able to contact the helpdesk. If I would’ve known that this would’ve happened I would’ve never use this app This is the error message I get Change your password 1 error prohibited this account from being saved: Reset password token is invalid
