Can’t create account

The screen to create an account is virtually impossible to use on mobile. Can’t see the fields as you start typing. Entered a lot of loyalty information I can’t access now.

I can’t creat an account. I try to put email in and when asked to repeat email the screen moves off the place to enter email. Impossible to create an account

I love the app, but there is no way to delete unwanted cards. Scratch that. I have since realized that you can delete unwanted cards.

Constantly deletes cars and continues to ask to upgrade and never keeps your info so when you go thru sign in process it states invalid account. No tech support option listed anywhere on the app. In theory it’s great but it doesn’t work so it’s crap

UPDATE 10-10-19 I got an email from developer saying there was an update to fix crashes after iOS 13. I went ahead and downloaded update but now my PIN or passcode that I have been using for years DOES NOT WORK! How can I reset or change the PIN or passcode? Have been using this app for years and absolutely loved it until recently. After updating to iOS 13, the app does not even open. Can you please FIX out??? I have all my cards saved and I don’t have them anymore (big mistake) because I had uploaded them to CardStar. PLEASE FIX ASAP.

UPDATE: very happy this app was updated. I have been using it for years and it’s a wonderful app that keeps you from keeping all those darn little cards for stores. One of my most frequently used apps and I’m very sad to see it go. I’m still hopping for an update ??
