Big disappointment!

I had used up my “free” tries. I went to sign up for free upgrade. Every time I tried to enter email and password it scrolled up and I can’t bring it back down to see if I’m putting the info in correctly. When I “think” I have the info in and hit done, the screen is blank. My phone is updated to iOS 14.7. This is a huge disappointment because don’t have my cards anymore.

I’ve had this on my iPhone for a car while now I like it very much I know I have a new iPad I have the application on there, but I cannot get the cards already installed on my iPhoneto transfer to my iPad! I’m logging in with the same username and password as I use on my phone which I thought should be the exact same on my iPad but it doesn’t work! Anyone be able to help?

App keeps asking me to upgrade to free account but when it asks for my new password when it gets to confirm 2nd time it shuts down. HELP!!!!

I may have been one of the first users of this app. It is amazing. It is in my top 5 apps in terms of saving me time. It works 100% of the time for what I need. I have also added ‘cards’ for other things that I need to remember. Just an all around outstanding app for me. I honestly would be lost if something happenes to it!!
A useful app

This is a very useful app! It’s been great to have all of my store cards on my phone, also my library card. The only thing missing is a way to delete old cards.

New iPhone 13. Can’t open the app. When prompted to provide email it says will send reset to email. I never get an email. Ugh. A thousand times ugh

Total garbage!! ZERO support. Change password does nit work. Did I mention ZERO support? Do not download move along nothing worth having here.

I just spent a hour updating this app which required me to delete the app and then reinstalling it just to upgrade. Once I got the App to update I then spent an additional 45 minutes loading in my cards, so I thought, only to discover a majority of my cards didn’t load. I read that there is another app that works just fine and I’m incline to try it and delete this app.
Can’t access the app

Just started using CardStar a couple months ago. Very convenient but now it wants me to “upgrade for free”. No option not to upgrade. Apparently I’ve used up all of my options to upgrade later. So I went ahead and clicked the upgrade button. Boxes come up on the screen for email address and password. As soon as I click in the first box the screen scrolls up until the boxes can no longer be seen. Won’t scroll down. So I can’t upgrade. I can’t access the cards I stored without upgrading. I went to the App Store and clicked the support link. CardStar web page won’t open. Hopefully the developer will respond to this review. Otherwise I’ll have to start over with another app. Running the latest iOS on a phone less than a year old.
