Glitchy and full of bugs

I have a pair of HD1 which I absolutely love. I use TIDAL and due to the lossless audio, the experience is great. That being said, I saw that Sennheiser had this app which in theory paired with the HD1 should enhance the experience even further. That was true, some times. I will explain. PROS - it recognized my headphones immediately - The audio SoundCheck and equalizer are amazing -works with TIDAL CONS - it crashed and froze a dozen time in the space of 10min - the app is not intuitive. The player is not friendly - when using TIDAL it does not play the files already downloaded in my phone. It is stream only - does not work with Apple Music I really hope Sennheiser can fix the bugs and make the UI friendly and the app stable

Confusing interface combines with limited functionality to yield a crummy app. A good graphic equalizer app is more useful and much easier to use.
What a joke... useless app... not as advertised.

My headphones work, but the app is useless for the HT 4.50 unless you use local music or Tidal. How hard would it be to use Spotify... why would you use Tidal? Gaaaaah. Never the less, why does it need a music track anyway to make settings changes and things?

It Only works with music from Tidal, because that’s popular?, and music on your phone. It will do literally nothing for you if you do are not in the small group that listens to music on their phone or the nearly nonexistent group of tidal users.

Doesn’t display battery information, doesn’t do firmware updates, it’s an absolute mess to navigate, and for some odd reason, tidal is the only integrated application. I just bought the CX Sports and the headphones themselves are amazing. If I could give this app a -10 stars, I would.
