Crashes

Crashes and hangs a lot. Will continue to play music but can’t change tracks, etc. have to use m watch to change tracks or quit app and reopen.
App looks good and has some function

I am using Cap Tunes because it is supposed to be great. It has issues such as smart pause does not operate with pxc550 as expected. The app stops music and has to be restarted through my player or the headphones. Need to try eliminating Bluetooth as the reason. Seems to work ok at home but when traveling has issues. Support claims it is caused by shirts collar or hats etc. may be blue tooth interference. Maybe another app would be better at least it is free.

My family went the Apple Music way, so I’m totally bummed. I can’t be the only person who drank the apple look aid? Is that something that might get improved later? Love the headphones though.

I like the eq and the compatibility with Tidal streaming. It will be much better if the app 1) can access Tidal's offline content and 2) have dB scale bar for the equilizer.

I love how I can change the EQ on my 4.50, yet the app keeps crashing when I listen to my playlists. I wish that I could fast forward songs from my lock screen instead of using my headphones. If the app stops crashing and if I could fast forward via lock screen, I would give at least a 4 star rating

Good headphones deserve a custom EQ. But with the majority of customers using a streaming service now, this app is pointless. Please add Amazon, Apple, Google, Pandora and of course Spotify ASAP if you take this offering seriously.

I’ve had these headphones 10 minutes and I’ve already had to delete and redownload this app 3 times. PLEASE get rid of this app and start fresh. It is not acceptable that such a superior product is coupled with a HORRIBLE application.
Love the headphones but....

Will be deleting the app. The menus aren’t user friendly. Can’t queue songs easily. Can’t play local files. Smart pause doesn’t work.
If you like personalized iTunes...

As much as I love my HD 4.40BT’s, this kind of is useful for making the music on my phone sound better, but I just use SoundCloud and CapTune, as good looking as it is, is not very useful overall. Making a personal EQ is nice, but it’s just not necessary sometimes, and “unlock the full potential” is pretty much false advertising because all you can do is change the background colour.
