Bought from Sam’s on clearance. As others stated. Doesn’t work. My phone connects to the plug and then nothing happens. App just keeps spinning. Don’t waste your time. Buy an Alexa plug instead.

This app and devices are glitchy. Setup is not use friendly and cumbersome. The devices disconnect every so often (every couple of months) and it's already a major pain to get them working again. I'll be throwing the in the task and going with something else.

Don’t buy this product or anything from this company. After weeks of trying to register, I finally managed to get the activation email. Couldn’t get the smartplugs to connect to my WiFi for hours. Finally got though. Now I can’t get them to stay online. Worst device I’ve ever come across. Returning this product and I hope you do too

I have other smart outlets made by other companies that set up quickly and easily. After well over an hour working with the glitchy app I wasn’t able to get the device/app to work. I highly discourage you from buying this product.

I have two plugs and I have to delete and reinstall at least once a week to get it to run according to schedule. Have to do it manually most of the time. Very unsatisfied!

It’s a glitchy set up. It took several tries to get it connected and woking. The buttons are not user friendly. Had to watch you tube videos to learn how to do everything. But I think I have it figured out do we’ll see how to goes after I’ve used it for a while

My units have never worked right. Reset them 12 times and they still appear as offline. Wish I could just get my money back as they are useless to me
Schedule doesn’t work consistently

I have had it for one week and the schedule to turn the light on has failed three out of seven times. One of the other times it was five minutes late.
Not worth the money

When I Started using these devices they work very well, but now the scheduling doesn’t start on time if it starts at all nor turn off on time if at all. I wish that I had I had checked it out more before I bought it.
