This has to be one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Everything seems intentionally unintuitive and frustrating. Schedules and groups are unpredictable and incoherent. The plug itself would be a good product if it didn’t require this app. Very disappointing.

What a epic piece of junk-this is the worst UI I’ve seen in a while, please please hire someone who has a clue. Fivr programming ain’t gonna cut it chumps.
Setup problematic but I’m not tech savvy.

Overall good. Initially frustrated just getting the packaging open. Overkill on the size of the product. Set up was taxing but once it got going it was all good. Enjoying the product now.

Got this to control the heat light and UVB light for my bearded dragon. Seems fairly basic it should be able to do what basic timers have for decades, but it cannot. Schedule is the same all 7 days of the week. Sometimes it turns on and others it doesn’t. Sometimes it turns off and sometimes it doesn’t for days. If its reliability and consistency your after go with old school analog, this isn’t it.

I’ve had no major issues with the four units I have. Only issue I had was after an upgrade, all devices were defaulted. Scheduling could be a little easier but once you figure it out, it’s easy.

I’ve got 2 outlets programmed in the app. I only turn them on and off with my mobile phone... Works Perfectly.....

These are a little tricky to set up but if you follow the videos available on line it is not to bad. Once set up they work well, for some reason the time they switch on and off is a few minutes different to what I have set. I don’t know if this is a problem with my router or the switches themselves. The difference in on and off time is less than 5 minutes of what I have set so no big deal. Overall I am very happy with them especially at the price.
