Logged me out and forgot who I was

Aside from the scheduling that takes a whole week for it to start working. And one of them just won’t do anything but blink no which has happened several times. Now the new glitch is for a week now it’s been logging me out to where I need to log in every time I want to turn something off. Now it’s telling me login not found to register so I had to register a new account. I guess I got deleted out of the system but the schedule is working. Have not clue. I’m going to Best Buy or Amazon. I get what I paid for which is a headache. This time I’ll get something that works with other smart platforms and hubs.

Worked great initially so bought a bunch more. Now the app and devices repeatedly won’t work. I unlinked google home thinking I could reset everything manually and now I can’t connect google home to these devices. In this app none of the devices are named nor will the app let me rename them. So basically I have over a dozen plugs, and no clue which is which. Meanwhile the developer has 3 or 4 different apps which are almost exactly the same and none work properly. How about doing one thing really well before trying to do more?

App is useless. Says my account isn’t registered. Can’t log in. App hasn’t been updated for a year. Bought 2 four packs. Only 3 of the 4 worked. Was good for basic on/off remote functions. WAS........

Sam’s has struck again! I’m tired of buying stuff that doesn’t work, has never worked, and we keep going back for more. What is wrong with us? Cheap is not the answer to happiness, but Sam’s keeps on trying. No more Capstone for me, only reply from them was a computer generated message that said they received my complaint....still is not working. Now I can not even login, all my original settings are missing, what’s up Capstone?

I have two devices I picked up for less than $20 at a local sams club around 6 months ago. They worked ok and have been relatively reliable during that time. This week however. I launched the app and got a message that my account was logged into elsewhere and it kicked me out. I then tried to reset my password and it’s telling me no account found with my email. ? then it allowed me to make a new account from scratch. ?? So, now, frankly I have security/integrity concerns. I guess you get what you pay for.

I bought 4 of these to use in various locations in my house. I have programed them for specific times during the week. I HAVE NEVER had one of them work correctly. I linked them to Alexa, which she can never find. Timers never work. The ONLY thing that works is manually pressing the on-off button. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!!

Custom menus
It takes forever and gives cryptic messages. It seems like it was written in Chinenglish. Whenever you contact support they tell you to delete the device and add it back. I have 4 and this is a pain and doesn’t always work. Concept is good but execution is bad.
