The scheduling option doesn’t work even though it says “success” when programming it. I went on a trip and 2 units went offline and no one in support answers on weekends. The setup is touchy...it must be followed to the letter even though it will let you progress and not indicate an error. Very unreliable!

I bought these plug from Sam. It says it is compatible with Alexa... however it does not.. config Ez skill is not in Alexa skills.. however it is separate app from App Store works only as a stand alone app and it does not work with Alexa. They have two applications capstone and config ex both doing same thing.. waste of time and money buying this product..

Not worth the money. Timers don’t shut off when they are suppose to and my account all the sudden didn’t exist. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Miserable Product

I too am an educator and pride myself on following directions and problem solving. If I could give this app and product a minus score I would. I have spent way too long trying to set this up and I still have not been successful. Update. After hours of having the app timeout on me and refuse to recognize my internet, I finally got it installed. Hooking it up with Alexia was easy. It worked beautifully for 3-4 days and then it kept telling me one of the switches was off and that light would not respond. Of the course the switch was on, but the plugin was not recognizing that and Alexia could only turn on the other light. Don’t bother buying one of these as they are a piece of junk! I’m just sorry I recycled the package or I would return both outlets. Update: I finally threw mine out and bought some descent WiFi plugs. These are more aggravation than they are worth! They go off line and you have to struggle all over again with the horrible setup. If your time is worth anything, don’t bother with these.

I wish I could return these pieces of junk. If you are looking for such a unit please save your money and look at another product.
Glitchy, crappy software.

That about sums it up... It functions on random occasions. Mostly not. Schedule never worked. Timers worked occasionally.

I just received my WiFi outlets. I read the instructions, so setup was a breeze. I don’t know why some people experienced issues during setup, but for me, it was simple and quick. I am buying more, for sure. Great app! I would even say, it’s excellent!
