App freezing, and automatically closing with my XS max, please fix ASAP!!!

Got the ivy for Christmas because my HP Sprocket died and so far the app is a huge disappointment. It freezes and crashes and the pictures are printing way off center.

App doesn’t work

The app is horrible. Just downloaded it and doesn’t run. Can’t even test out the printer since the app just freezes every time I open it. Want to love the printer but how can I make it happen if the app doesn’t work?! Please fix it ASAP.

Was just gifted this for Xmas and the mini printer is amazing! Quality is perfect for the price! The first time I did print something the app crashed right after. A few hours later I’m trying it again and the app gets stuck and makes my phone crash once I choose a picture. I hope this issue gets fixed soon so I can get on my way and print tons of pics! The 2 stars is solely for the app, I give the printer itself 5 stars!

Got this app four days after getting my new phone and it was super glitchy, then my phone was shut completely off and I had to get a new one! The app needs an update compatible with the new iPhone

not fond of the editing in the app, i use a different app but suggestion it would be cool if he can get a paper counter and it counts down how many times we print when we print and you can reset it when you get new paper and stuff
