This app is really hard to try and zoom things in and also my printer won't even connect to my phone.
Firmware Update Issue

I’m having the same problem as others. App says the device needs a firmware update. I’ve done the update a number of times but every time I power cycle the device the app wants to update again. So it gets 2 stars until they fix the firmware issue.
Needs an update!!

I can barely connect to the camera. Once I connect to the bluetooth, and then go to the app, I can’t “find” the printer to connect to. I then have to go and disconnect and reconnect on my bluetooth and then restart the app for it to work. It’s entirely too much work to print pictures. Please fix because I love the idea and I love the camera itself. The app is just way too slow.

Having trouble connecting. Very frustrating. I just upgraded to iPhone 11. And I tried to print a picture but it isn’t connecting to my device. It says it’s not compatible. Am I not going to be able to use it anymore at all???
Prints twice when placing new paper

It’s ridiculous that two pictures MUST print when installing a new package of paper. It’s inevitable. Even when trying to turn the printer off. WASTEFUL.

It works great and it always dose good when I am printing things. The stickers that are on the app are so cute! Overall a great app!!!!!!❤️??

I can’t even re download this app to print some pictures of me and my friends and I’m very upset now I do not know why it is like this but it needs to be fixed now.
