This is a truly amazing app because it actually helps with managing breathing while running!

Never jogged. I finished my first 5k ever- proud of myself and I never thought my body would adjust being 90 lbs overweight. It’s never too late- C25K made it tolerable to keep pushing through. I feel much stronger and even have struggled with asthma through it.

Have used this twice after having babies to get back into running shape and as long as you follow it, you will have success! It’s a very effective program and an easy to use app.

I had a baby a little over 3 months ago and after trying to ease back into running without a plan, I noticed some nagging hip pain. So I started doing some physical therapy and am again attempting to get back into running. This plan has been doable for me and my physical therapist approves. This app is giving me the structure I need to start running regularly again and not injure myself. I’m planning on running a half marathon in 7 months and looking forward to seeing how these programs build up over longer distances. For reference, I was an avid runner ore-pregnancy and have run several half marathons, but I couldn’t run while pregnant for medical reasons. It feels great to be back at it!

I am 59 years old and at 55, I was told that if I didn’t lose a significant amount of weight that I wouldn’t make it to 60. I started out walking and watching what I ate. Then I discovered C25K. I went through the program and started competing in 5K events. I lost 140 lbs and couldn’t have done it without this app!
