Postpartum – C25K® 5K Run Trainer & Coach Review

I had a baby a little over 3 months ago and after trying to ease back into running without a plan, I noticed some nagging hip pain. So I started doing some physical therapy and am again attempting to get back into running. This plan has been doable for me and my physical therapist approves. This app is giving me the structure I need to start running regularly again and not injure myself. I’m planning on running a half marathon in 7 months and looking forward to seeing how these programs build up over longer distances. For reference, I was an avid runner ore-pregnancy and have run several half marathons, but I couldn’t run while pregnant for medical reasons. It feels great to be back at it!
