No notifications sound to switch to running/walking

Was really excited about this app, but the app doesn’t notify you when you need to switch from running or walking if your phones locked. What’s the point in purchasing an app that doesn’t work. Don’t download this app like I did. Just go online and find pictures of the weekly regime and use the interval timer app and copy that. So mad I bought this.


Really not useful

Socloseandyet...

I haven’t run in a few years and wanted to get back into it. First of all - only lets you access five workouts, then you have to pay. Secondly, there is no way to see speed or distance post-workout. It works fine as a timer, but that’s about it. I’ll go back to Runkeeper and just program my own intervals... the increased functionality is worth it.

Just finished the App. When I started I couldn't run for more than 5 minutes straight. I just ran the 5K and I could have continued. I'm 54 years old, 6 feet tall and 213 pounds. I feel great and have signed up for 3 5K races this year. Go for it!


Completed my first run!

I’m a 37 year old Mom to 9 biological kids and have not been physically active in over 15 years. I can’t tell you how proud I am that I completed my first run! The intervals were the key to keeping me going. It was definitely challenging and sometimes I went over the allotted time for walking, but the point is that it really did get me off the couch! Highly recommend!

I’ve used it before to shed some weight. It worked wonders before (last time I broke my foot from an accident and had to have surgery.) I’m all healed and ready to go again. I love this app.
