Rewards needs improvement

There use to be a code on the receipt where I could get points. Today the receipt had nothing and I won’t get credit for the purchase. You should be able to manually add a transaction (with a code on the receipt) or something so you don’t have to always use the app. The rules are not user friendly.

Limited Functionality

I cannot order using the app. My local store doesn’t show up. Using the app to get rewards is not intuitive either. Needs improvement.

They no longer have their specials. I couldn’t use my phone to get credit because she told me it was too late after I ordered and she couldn’t do anything about it. Wouldn’t take any of my nicknames! I was finished with my burger 10 minutes before my friend got her tenders (that were not the same tenders).
It’s yet another rewards app... but for good food.

App is very insistent at setup that you link a bank account/credit card... but works fine and unobtrusively without one. But hey, rewards points for something my family want to do every 3-4 weeks anyways!

I look forward to Easting at Burger21 Whenever I visit Lakeland or Tampa! The Sweet Potato Fries and Black Bean Burger are my Favorites. Everything is great, and the sauces makes your meal special! I live in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl and I wish one was near me!
