Can’t get rid of notifications

Just looking at the app before I open it, it shows that I have a notification and when I go through everything of the app. There’s is nothing there and it still shows that I have a notification. The other app before the update was better as you can see ALL notifications and deleted then.

The new app for earning credits has proved to be more trouble for customers and franchises than it is worth. More difficult to use - when it is operating - and lacks the immediate satisfaction of the prior rewards app. If the purpose was to decrease usage consider your mission achieved.
New app doesn’t carry over rewards

I don’t know if my account was lost or what, but I just updated the app my old rewards are gone. I think I was one away from a free burger too.
Previous rewards thing was way easier

Love Burger 21 in Orland Park, IL. My stop is needed weekly. Best meal choices, awesome shakes, love the music and tell everyone I can where to get the best Burger. Service is friendly and clean as whistle. My Burger place hands down.???????????
Can’t use app to order online in GA

Tried to place an online order, never had an opportunity to select location. Silly me placed the order, waiting for the location option to show up, never did, but sure charged my credit card. Local Burger21 said we can’t use the app to order online in GA. Shouldn’t it tell you that somewhere??? Love the food but the app is incomplete...

Can’t get rewards unless my credit card is linked! What is that?!? I like to pay cash for food. I know the restaurant owners prefer that too. Getting penalized for paying cash is ridiculous!!!

Had the old app that allowed you to scan your receipt to get credit. Had to get the new app when I visited today. The receipt scanning feature no longer exists and I lost out on $40+ of credit. SO NOT HAPPY. Was told “sorry, you have to scan before you pay. Nothing we can do.”
