It's annoying you can't get rewards directly from the app even though you pay for the food on here. You still have to print out a receipt and scan it. It also doesn't save your password so you have to enter it every time.
Poor design and tested app

We were planing a visit to Burger 21 so I decided to see if I could use their app to skip the line. But I could not even reach the menu with out been asking to login for the 5th time. Plus received a lot of 404 errors. I hope the young company gets their act together as the burgers are good but the overall management needs some structure.

I’ve tried to order with this app twice.... both unsuccessful. First time the order screen came up blank and asked me to sign in four or five times. The second time it froze when I was 90% through my order. I’m never ordering with the app again. Ridiculously cumbersome.

Would have given a 5, but app still needs improvement like being able to view the menu at all times without having to click on “order ahead”

I have a 5$ reward and was not able to access. There is a little slide that either shows it or takes it away. Not sure how it is known that it is used. The location did give it to me.

It’s not user friendly if you don’t enter a form of payment you don’t earn points! Also spend $100.00 to get $10.00 off???? Come on it’s a burger joint!

Why did you take the espresso shake off the menu and it tastes like you have changed the chipotle mayo sauce. It is not as good.
