The app is awful. The burgers are great. (Please stop putting burger reviews in the App Store.) The app looks like a poorly iframe of their website. Could be cool. But they did an awful job.
What I don't like
Loving Parents
I LOVE Burger 21 and get down to the Mall of Georgia location pretty often. But I don't like the fact that when we spend $25-30 each visit I only get the same credit as someone who spends $6. By the time we have 7 visits, I would have spent over $200 vs someone who spends $50. UPDATE You should really take a look at the way Chicken Salad Chick does their rewards. It’s much better and based on the actual dollar amount you spend. Love their app and rewards.

We love to eat at Burger 21 in Cary, NC. My son & I both have celiac disease and we are grateful to have this option. Food is always great!!
Can’t do online orders

I have tried multiple times to do the online ordering but it doesn’t work. When I get to the page to enter my payment I always get an error and it never processes the order. It is also difficult to log in to order. Very annoying!
Need an update to the reward system

I LOVE Burger 21 but do not like the reward system. It is based on visits versus amount spent. Whether I spend $100 or $10 I get One stamp. That should be adjusted based on ranges of purchase.
Terrible customer service and food

I ordered dinner from the princess Ann location through Uber eats on 5/30 . When my food came the burgers looked like pucks, very dry and very poorly made! I also had an issue with the manager, when I called her to see if I could get it resolved she was very rude to me and acted like it was no big deal about how my food was that I couldn’t eat and spent over 40$ on for 3 so called meals. On your website you say the burgers are fresh but that was definitely not the case for me!! I had asked her to please have the owner call me back and she hung up on me. I don’t think I will be ordering anything else from this place again due to this matter! I would appreciate it if someone would contact me concerning this issue. Thank you for your time. Mrs Hall

I agree with the other comments about the rewards. It should be based on how much we spend. Now we have each check out separately to get all points. Also why do you automate every single step of your survey except the code to get free fries? Would be so much easier to just give me a reward for it instead of having to find a pen, write the code on the receipt and then keep the receipt around til I come again. Other than that it’s a great app thanks!!
