Sometimes your scheduled posting will post, sometimes it won’t. Very frustrating and we don’t get a notification if it doesn’t post. It’s mostly with instagram - Facebook seems to be okay

Everytime I set a post for IG it never uploads and my Facebook get disconnected every week. It’s a waste of time if I still have to go a re link the accounts every week. More of a hassle than anything

Buffer makes it very difficult to get customer support either in an email or a leave a message box. This is disappointing. They give you a litany of DIY boxes Facebook style, but when you’ve run put of options there’s no options to get help! BEWARE!!
Worst customer service ever

Doesn’t work 70% of the time. Takes days to get a response from anyone. Will just disconnect and stop posting often. Worst scheduler out there

It just says failed and try again. An error has occurred. Useless app.

I love this app! But I’ve tried everything to login on my phone, but I’m getting the message ‘Whoops! Canceled.’ I’ve updated my phone, I’ve updated my app, I can login on my computer...but the app on my phone just keeps giving me this message. I’m designing for a client, so this has been extra frustrating! Buffer techies, please help!

This app is so cluster F**k*d that it makes sense that have know one to help. They bill you monthly without any tech support. One Min you have IG available the next you don’t than twitter works than it doesn’t. Constantly having to re log into my accounts. Stay clear of this app
Not connecting

Started off as a great app now it won’t post scheduled posts to Instagram or Facebook business page. The whole reason I got the app was so I could load up all my posts and let it do its thing, not to get a reminder to go to every page and repost. Hope it gets fixed
