Very easy to use

Just graduated from Marketing and communications, and have been looking for an app to easily manage social Media Accounts. Free and easy to use, at some probably will upgrade! Had some issues though connecting my Facebook account.
Video problems

Still has a hard time uploading photos and especially videos, but now it is not sensing new photos. I just saved a new photo to post and it’s not showing ip in the app. I’ve tried everything I could to get it to show up in the app! I’ve taken new pictures and they show up, but the group of pictures I want to post still WILL NOT show on this app. It makes 0 sense. ——— Great app, super convenient. HOWEVER, more often than not, my video takes forveer to process, and never proccesses so it fails to post. I stopped using the app for a while and decided to use it today. I tried to schedule a video for posting and now I remember why I don’t use the app anymore... It would be awesome if the app worked!

Horrible service. Half the time it doesn’t work and if you ever have an issue the customer service is atrocious.
Won’t let me sign in on mobile devices

Recently buffer has been buggy. Used to work seamlessly. Now I can’t sign in from any mobile device.
Love it but having trouble lately

I love the app and it really helps me with my business profile but lately I’ve noticed that my posts won’t be posted when I’ve scheduled them unless I open the notification (even tho I’ve put them under direct posting) It really frustrated me because it messed up my entire schedule and I really hope it gets fixed asap because I would really hate to delete it and search for another app

The app is nice and very convenient to use but I am not sure if I can add location to posts, especially for Instagram.

I initially write a negative review for this app. I corrected the settings that were causing issues. The non-functioning Collaboration button has a now a little less annoying. My inability to connect Pinterest even though it is presented as an option is still frustrating though. Hopefully this gets resolved.
