Works great as a printer.

This app works great for printing. When I bought a new iPad and a new iPhone, I was looking forward to printing from these devices. But the mobile OS couldn’t find the printer no matter what I tried. Thought I’d have to lay out $400 or so for a compatible printer. This app saved me a bunch of money! I have not tried adjusting print sizes yet, and I do not have a scanner.

New update is terrible

Now when I scan docs and upload them to the cloud. The pages are separated and duplicated in JPEG format when I asked it to save in pdf. ??‍♀️ brother has a twitter page but no way to dm. How could you mess the update up so bad!! I’m getting a new printer !

This app can’t find anything on the network. I have four brother products on the network, and this app can only find two. And it’s not even the same two even time I open the app. It’s pretty bad

this app does basic print, scan, and share. not sure why it has low ratings but this app seems to function as intended.

The app keeps crashing in the background with large documents and cannot save to Files app or OneDrive if the document has too many pages.

Absolutely hate the app it takes me out all the time and for this reason I don’t recommend buying a brother printer

This app would be great if it could connect to my printer 70% of the time. Unfortunately it can only print and can 20% of the times I ask it to. I frequently have to go to my desktop to scan and print things when I wish I could just use this app. I hope that support for this app is on the way.
