Sort of annoying

I like the actual exercise plan but the app is kind of dull and it annoys the heck out of me that it wants location always on for the app.

Bridge to 8k

Well I did it. I finished the couch to 5k and today was my last day of bridge to 10k. I ran...5.24 miles. It’s a great app for getting me to run longer, but I’m still almost a mile off my goal. I, and I believe most beginners, can’t run a 9:39 mile. I wish the app had some extra workout weeks for the slow runners out there or suggestions on how to run that pace.

Love it!

The only thing I wish it had is a gps to track miles. Other than that, great app!

excellent

More distance-based functionality would be good. How about displaying the time fot the latest mile?

Best running app out

Just like Ease into 5k, the app is great. The plan is spot on, logging is easy and music and prompts not overly hard or intrusive. My only tweak would be to let user build playlist in app rather than only bring able to pick from my existing iTunes playlists.

Very fine

This was such a solid and easy to use way to get from running a half hour to running an hour. (can't say that the running itself was so easy, but def easier)

Great!

I did a couch to 5k program and then started this program and it was a great transition! Very good for people wanting to go further in their running goals.

Works great

Love this app. Just wish it would automatically sync with Nike +.
