Seriously works!!

mooncelt

This program and the Ease into 5k have moved me from the couch to shuffling almost 3 miles a day in 4 months - pretty awesome for an overweight 48 year old!!! Can't wait to graduate the Bridge to 10k!!!

Love it!!!

Great app. Love the prompts and the distance run option so I can continue my training toward a 1/2 marathon. It really worked for me!!

Doesn't work with latest update

RSM Runner

This use to be my favorite app, but it won't launch on my iPhone 4 now. Wish it was easier to contact support to find out what to do.

Don't do the update!!

Loved this app for my iPhone 4, until the update...now I can't even open the program!! A little help here would be great! Don't make me lose 6 months of running data!

Loved ease into 5k and now loving this app. I am 56 and never was a runner before. Now running 5miles. Love graphing and the log. Like easy to read screens. If I can run so can you!!

Doesn't load

This was my go-to app for months. Now it doesn't load on my 4G. Lame.

Brilliant

Best running app.

Fabulous!

Running to lose!

Great way to continue running after Ease Into 5K! I had my 4th baby 11 weeks ago and I am already running 40 minutes! I stopped running when I was 20 weeks pregnant so I was very out of conditioning after the baby was born. This has helped me lose weight and love running again. I wish the program would allow you to manipulate the length of the workout a bit...such as longer runs in the beginning and longer breaks, shorter warm up and cool down. Overall, though, it has been a great tool for me!

Good continuation of the 5k app

If you like Ease Into 5k you will like this app. It's an identical set up but geared towards longer distances.
