Why It's the MOST POPULAR 5K Running App
--------------------------------------
IRONMAN LISTENS TO HIS OWN MUSIC"
"Not only did this app give me audio alerts telling me when I should run or walk, but I was able to listen to my own music from my iPod list instead of some other person's preference of motivational music."
– Matthew Murphy
Completed first 5k by week 7 (in 0:27:37). Has since done Ironman!

GREAT-GREAT-GRANDDAUGHTER OF EMILY POST NOW RUNS
"I have NEVER been a distance runner – hated running warm ups in high school, was always the last one done, huffing and puffing the whole way. While I had heard of interval programs, I had never tried one or thought I could do it... until I found your app. It has been the missing piece that allowed me to break my weight loss plateau."
– Lizzy Post

FROM 365 POUNDS TO RUNNING THE 5K... IN 6 MONTHS
"In February of 2011, I weighed 365 pounds. I decided it was time to change. I began to look at programs to help beginning runners. I was convinced that this app from Bluefin Software was the best choice. On July 4th, I ran a 5K! If you're thinking about starting to run, I can tell you - without hesitation - that app from Bluefin is the best start."
– Mark D Rucker
Completed 5K and 10k. Signed up for half-marathon on Oct 23, 2011!

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Integrates with Health app - The app can write workout stats (distance, pace, calories burned) and weight to the Health app, and can read weight data. Health app integration is optional.

Love that it gives you your pace. Overall and breaks down running and walking pace

I love how they track everything, but I don’t like how I can’t share it to my social media platforms?

I tried the free version first, first of all to see if it’s gonna be something I can actually do, then to see the ease of it. I’m on day three of week one and I did it on a treadmill because it was cold and raining outside. I think I will stick with it with the Lord’s help, and it’s really easy to navigate. The only thing is, the treadmill said I had traveled 1.25 miles and the app said .29 miles that I had walked/run. Maybe because of me being on the treadmill, not sure. As long as the prompting is on track, I’ll get stronger and that’s the main goal!

Overall, I find this app very helpful for tracking distance and calories burned. There are occasional glitches where it is very easy to accidentally turn off the app and not realize it and find parts of your work out or never recorded. I also question the accuracy of the calorie counts. They seem pretty high.

Fantastic!

I've had this app for about 5 years and I love it. I highly recommend this app.

Easy way to start
I guess you really don't care

This an easy app to use and follow especially for beginners

Non-runner
Sly824

I have always considered myself a non- runner so I decided the only way I was going to learn how to run was with some coaching. This app does that! Theonly thing I wish was different is that it reduces the volume on my music. I'm over a week in and am still positive that I will be successful!

Distance estimator is wrong

Good app. But I wish the distance and GPS was more accurate.

I love it

Very easy to use--I'm planning on sticking with it, even though I'm thinking I might need a senior citizen version!
