“Can’t Connect” iPhone XR

I’m online WiFi is working and have cellular connection but the app says “can’t connect” when saving profile information. I would like my name to be hidden but I can’t hide my last name. It appears there may be some internal server error since it can’t connect when on WiFi or cellular . Fixed the issue, apparently both first and last name have to be filled out or it crashes and can’t connect.

Needs dark mode

Great app, but really needs a dark mode. I like to review my notes while I’m in bed and I wake my wife up with bright screen Also, colors for button needs help. Pretty good app

I’ve used this app for a number of years now. It works good for me and I used to give it five stars until I realized that they flat out stole my content, 5,000+ flashcards created with a lot of work, and repackaged it for sale as premium content. All without asking me for it or providing compensation. Now I’m just waiting for the class action lawsuit.

I primarily use the app with my iPad. I wanted to add some images to a deck so I logged in on the website with my laptop, but couldn’t pull up the cards. I figured maybe I was logged in with the incorrect account, so I hit the sync button on my iPad and logged out of the app to see which account I was using. I logged back in on my iPad and it’s acting like I’m starting a brand new account from scratch. Now I’ve lost all my cards and notes the day before my bio final. So angry and frustrated.

Good app. Could be better.

I love the app. It has a method that many other study aids lack. There is one thing that bugs me: the app doesn't allow you to add pictures. You have to do that on the desktop version of Brainscape to add pictures. This would help so much, as I prefer my phone over the desktop (I'm constantly on the go). Sadly, until the Brainscape team fixes this, I'm going to stick to Quizlet or Anki. Sad, because I even purchased a premium membership on Brainscape hoping that I could upload pictures and audio. Even while your editing cards on the mobile app, it has a little camera and microphone that looks like it would allow you to upload pictures or audio (which honestly seems very misleading) Please fix this. You guys are being beaten out by other flashcard services. Thanks!
