Even though I made sure everything was synced, lost all my classes and cards... – Brainscape - Smart Flashcards Review

I primarily use the app with my iPad. I wanted to add some images to a deck so I logged in on the website with my laptop, but couldn’t pull up the cards. I figured maybe I was logged in with the incorrect account, so I hit the sync button on my iPad and logged out of the app to see which account I was using. I logged back in on my iPad and it’s acting like I’m starting a brand new account from scratch. Now I’ve lost all my cards and notes the day before my bio final. So angry and frustrated.
