“Can’t Connect” iPhone XR – Brainscape - Smart Flashcards Review

I’m online WiFi is working and have cellular connection but the app says “can’t connect” when saving profile information. I would like my name to be hidden but I can’t hide my last name. It appears there may be some internal server error since it can’t connect when on WiFi or cellular . Fixed the issue, apparently both first and last name have to be filled out or it crashes and can’t connect.
