I have been using this app for about 2 or 3 months now… and funny it can never find my rewards. 10 thumbs down!

Terrible! its essentially worthless if trying to pay through the app. Worked 2 times then got a technical glitch for the past month. Technical support responds after 10 days that it is working But it isn’t. Call center isn’t helpful. Don’t waste your time.

This App stinks. I downloaded app and put in my credit card into app. This Gas is more expensive but wanted to try out the service. Went to a pump and it asked me to select pump number. After doing so it gave me error. After trying 3 times I just left. I’ll go to a different station and pay with a credit card instead of counting on this service and wasting my time. Thanks for making things complicating BP. Response to technical support: No thanks. I’m not going to call you and waste my time just so you can figure out issues at some gas station. The gas costs more than other brands anyway. Your app isn’t solid and I’m not even going to waste my time to drive to the station and try again. This service intended convenience is in reality a random inconvenience.
Never work a single time

I have attempted to use app at a BP gas station for more than a couple of times. It found the pump alright; it was trying to go through the transaction using the credit card linked to the app but eventually there were errors indicated in the app time after time after time. After redoing 7 times, I gave up and paid with my normal way of inserting my credit card to pay for the gas at the pump. I saw that there were 7 pending $1 pending charge in my American Express account for the 7 attempts. It was the same when I tried it two weeks ago. This app have never worked for me. I don’t know how others could make their apps work for them at the BP gas stations
Kind of a mess.

I had the app for a total of 30 minutes, the app never went past the loading screen that entire time. I logged in properly so I don’t understand why this happened. I also tried loading other apps and those loaded fine so it was definitely this app giving issues.

This is the worst app ever. How are we in 2021 and BP cannot provide an operating app??? Every gas station promotes the app but it never works.

App worked perfectly until a few weeks ago. It is a dumpster fire now. Someone screwed this app up bad!!
