App can’t find my location

I’m unable to pay with the app because it doesn’t see me at the gas station. I’ve tried several locations, assured my location tracking was approved for the app, reset the app, reset my phone… nothing has worked. Disappointing.

Twice this app has booted me out of my account as soon as I reach a reward mark. I try to get back in and it keeps asking for a phone number. I enter my number and it says the number is registered already. I can’t get in and I am totally Disappointed in this app!!!!!!!
This app only works part time

Save yourself the headache of going to a BP store and finding out the app doesn’t work or better yet the station won’t except it. It work great for a couple months, but now it’s just headaches and updates
App freezes all the time

I can’t tell if I actually paid cause the app freezes. Have to reboot the app almost every time.

The app is very glitchy doesn’t work on wifi. Many times it wouldn’t even let me log in. I would get an error to call customer service. customer service is terrible their answer to everything is they will send to the team for investigation and email you later except the email never comes. Lots of times, I also get “bank error” when I try to pay

The BP app is convenient, no need to reach for my wallet or card. Works great, plus you get a history of your purchases.
