Doesn’t detect anything

Um415

Great idea to have an app, in theory, but it doesn’t do much good when it won’t detect anything off of ANY receipt I have, even though I purchased multiple items with box tops on both receipts. What a joke!

Never works

Polvalt

I can never upload a receipt because “my connection to the server timed out” have tried for days and it’s the same thing. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, signed out, signed in tried different networks... it’s worthless.

Does not read date on Costco receipt

Bring back the old box tops!

This new app makes it a chore to do something that used to take no time at all. I spent 30 minutes scanning my receipt that I know had an item that is box top eligible only to get the error message “no earnings found”. I then submitted the item manually, but I still have no credit for the box tops. Also, I used to be able to send box tops to school with each of my children. They had competitions to see which classes could collect the most box tops. Now there’s no way to credit each child.

Electronic receipts

The app is fine for prints receipts but sometimes I order at Sam’s online & pickup. They don’t give the same type of receipt, so those box tops are t getting recorded.

Bummer

SWF Mom

Ugh... Struggling with this app. It's not recognizing what I buy and then I have to manually enter products and is a big pain! I'm pretty sure our school will lose money from this change and I'm discouraged from buying box top products. Cool idea, needs lots of work.

Clip free

The app is great and super easy to use. No more clipping.

Cumbersome data grab

Die hard PC

I have to save receipts now, app gathers far more data than I want to share to support kids school, and misses qualified items on scanning. Can’t split between schools for kids of different ages. For “privacy,” register using bogus name and email, but still select valid school to give credit.

Requires you to scan your whole receipt, takes the fun out of the school and class competition

I hate the new scan program. I don’t want to scan my entire shopping receipt, which this new program requires- total violation of privacy. This is not “easier”. In fact, it’s more of a pain. It is much easier to cut the box tops and turn into our school. Additionally, our school does a competition between classrooms to see which class turns in the most box tops - not possible with this new program. It also seems like a convenient way for the company to avoid spending so much money on box tops, as there won’t be nearly as many people willing to scan their receipts. I guess I’ll no longer be going out of my way to purchase their items.

It takes a long time to scan receipts

I do not like having to remember to scan a receipt within 14 days. I shop for 6 family members so my receipts are long. I would rather cut tops with my kids
