Not able to create account—General Error message

After downloading the app and filling out the required fields to create an account, there is a message “General error, please try again later.” Looks like most people are having this issue. Sounds like the developers need to fix something.

I have deleted the app three times and still am unable to sign in even after recreating an account. So upset!

Trying to use the app. But it won’t allow me to register myself I’ll try on a desktop but I shouldn’t have to.

The app states that there is a general error each time I try to create a login. I noticed someone else had the same issue months ago. It’s obviously not something they plan to address.

I can’t even set up my account, so I don’t know if the app is any good. I would also like to see an option for those of us who do Walmart grocery pick up, and do not get paper receipts to scan.

I would love to use this app, however it will not let me create an account. Sometimes it freezes when I try to set it up the account. “Error, try again later” sometimes I get a white screen when I click create account.

We’re trying to get parents at our school to get this app to make it easier for parents to turn in box tops. Make it easier for user and parents to be friendly. The app will not allow us to sign up after we fill out all the requirements then states “general error; please try again later” I wait 10 days to give it a try... again same problem and response. There is not technical support phone number or email to help fix the problem. I even tried deleting the app then re-install. Same problem again. I hope the developer will read this response and help me/other customers that want to help add funds to our school.
