I read the reviews and had my misgivings about even trying. I figured that maybe these issues were before all of the upgrades and bug fixes to the app. It seriously only took me 5 minutes to download, find my son’s school, and set up my profile. I logged straight in no problem and can select from a litany of offers. I think this will work out great!!! Thanks to BoxTops for enabling us to provide even more (MUCH needed) assistance to our schools!

It’s seems like several others are having the same issue. Every time I try to open the app, all I get is an ERROR 90 message. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times to no avail. How can we get parents to use this for our schools if it doesn’t work? I can’t promote this. Please fix!

I assumed downloading the app i wouldn’t have to worry about cutting & sending them in anymore but that’s not the case at all. What’s the point of the app if I only can choose 2 or 3 & that’s it. Why can’t we do it all from the app? That would make more sense. I really hope this gets updated soon.

I bought box tops products and download the app because it was advertised on the product that it would be 100 extra bonus points. Problem is the app doesn’t have the partnering store listed in there system yet so I can not claim the points. That’s false advertisement and annoying. If your going to market the bonus offer by plastering it on the side of the package and give an expatriation date then I expect to have the ability to claim the offer.

I had the same error that others reported with being unable to create a login and being stuck in an endless loop of error messages. What ended up working for me was going through the login process and checking the box to sign up for promotional emails. I received an email the next day saying that I had an account and could log in online to see my school’s status. At that time, I went back into the app and logged in with the username and password I originally was trying to create and TaDa! I was in! I will say after getting into the app, I was slightly disappointed to see that there are so few items available for Box Tops bonus points. I only see 17 choices of products and only one of these was a product I regularly purchase. I haven’t tried to redeem points and upload a receipt so I will update my review if that fails miserably! Update: I was able to redeem my first reward and got an additional 40 cents for submitting a receipt!
