I can’t open pictures or scroll while I’m on the phone with anyone. Other than that the app is pretty good and works well.

The photos looks fuzzy and foggy, the audio souds like you are far away talking from a cave , the arabic key boad letter dont function well when you send a message once you write a word , it cut half of it .. what can i say i keep it for energency other than that i use viber much better ..

I am a user of BOTIM - I changed my iPhone 6S to 8 yesterday and now am asked by BOTIM to confirm my country code which is I already inserted and to fill my phone number which I’m doing. I am being notified that a verification code is being sent to my phone which I’m not receiving neither as an sms nor in any other form. Thus am left without being able to connect.
