Verification code – Botim - Video and Voice Calls Review

I am a user of BOTIM - I changed my iPhone 6S to 8 yesterday and now am asked by BOTIM to confirm my country code which is I already inserted and to fill my phone number which I’m doing. I am being notified that a verification code is being sent to my phone which I’m not receiving neither as an sms nor in any other form. Thus am left without being able to connect.
