You can’t even connect to make a call. This app used to be so good. Keeps reconnecting. Extremely frustrated.

Terrible interface, flaky notification system, ill thought out features - easy to mistake audio calling for video, and impossible to switch without breaking off the call. Call quality is a total crapshoot when it works at all. Maybe consider testing your product.

Not only is this app a slap in the face to every expat who has family outside Dubai, which is everyone, but it also never connects or loads the first time around. It’s littered with ads even though you HAVE to pay for it otherwise you cannot call people outside Dubai for free like everyone does anywhere else in the world. And if you don’t want ads, you have to pay more. It also doesn’t connect. I’m constantly playing a game with the person on the other end of the line. SHAMEFUL AND AWFUL.

Im using BOT for 3 years now and its a perfect app for me. When i updated my iphone to 13.0 my only problem now is when i send messages, i need to ring the recipient to be able to received my messages coz there is no notification on his/her side or unless he/she open BOT app so they can received all my messages. From my side it shows only one check from my message box but i am connected through data even wifi. Is there any prob on the app or from my phone? Please help. Thank you and more power!?

Seems like every day there’s a different bug or glitch, one will go away and the next day another one shows up. I’m trying to text and some messages aren’t sending and some are and I have to re send them in a different order and then it makes no sense, I’m tired of repeating myself and sometimes the app after using it for longer then 5 minutes the text gets all buggy and when I’m type it gets super slow. This isn’t my phone Bc my iPhone 8 Plus runs perfectly fine. Fix it
