Hello sir before botim working in qatar excellent but since 3month not working without vpn so plz can solve this problem sir

This is so far the worst calling app I have ever used. I call my family in Dubai from USA using the app and the call has never remained connected for more than a few minutes. If I put the call on speaker mode, it automatically turns off speaker mode after few seconds.

Hi, my number is from usa and currently visiting Riyadh . I Lost my connection to BOTIM yesterday, prior to that it was working. So thought of downloading the app again. It has ask me to verify with 4 digit pin but my pin is not showing in messages. Am I looking at the wrong spot. How do I sign in again? Do I have to be back in states to get connected . Need a update !

I have installed BOTIM today & I tried to access my phone contacts but unfortunately I won’t be able to access my phone contacts & it’s loading up to 90% & take too much of times but still 90% loading... Please fix this issue soon. Thanks.

Update problem on July, 2020 version

I just updated the app. Now each time I open the application, it pauses for 20 seconds and resumes after! Please check for a solution. When I receive a call, application doesn’t connect. I have to open it and wait for 30 sec until connects then ring the other party. The application is not performing well at all lately. Especially in receiving calls. Thanks
