The product is great, had for 1 1/2 year of heavy use before a single issue and that was just a little lower battery life. Took it into micro center cause your boy had a two year warranty. Brand new pair with another two year warranty, wussup

Beyond firmware updates that may or may not be needed...what is this app for? Pointless - I forget it’s installed until an update comes around for “stability”...

I have 2 soundlinks. I’d like the app to be able to adjust balance and turn the speakers off QUIETLY. Now that I’ve used the app for awhile, it’s VERY ANNOYING that the speakers, when they are timed to go off, must SCREAM, “BOTH SPEAKERS DISCONNECTED”. Can’t I just program them to silently turn off?! Ridiculous! SHAME!

“Find my buds” function, like most others on this app, is no longer compatible with current iOS. Incredibly disappointing from a standard like Bose.

Just got the Bose SoundSport Free wireless headphones (Blue and neon yellow) and they are just what i wanted. I was a little skeptical about the rubber tips because I didnt think they would be able to hold up the weight and fit comfortably in my big goofy ears, i was wrong. My first pair were the wired soundsport headphones from like 5-6 years ago which are still holding up. Im really happy about both of them. Thank you bose for making something that i can use on my big old floppy Dumbo ears and still be confident and COOL at the same time! They are extremely durable and withstand most elements and weather conditions and are REALLY LOUD, have lots of Bass and IMO are better than any of Apples headphones. Thank you!
