Good app but needs a search option.

I prefer the website since it has a search option. The app is otherwise solid and I use it away from home.

Customer service has gotten worse

Been a customer for over 5 years, giving Bonobos hundreds of dollars yet when I buy something on sale and rush to get it since the app says “there is only 1 left” turns out it was actually the wrong fit and they won’t let me return it or even pay the difference to get the correct item and exchange it. I remember customer service used to be able to help no matter what, but I can’t even get a discount to buy the item I wanted in the first place.

The Bonobos app is a step up from the normal fashion label application in that it works as a shopping point as well as an almost concierge providing users with the ability to dress according to your local weather as well as the ability to choose your outfit based on a virtual closet. The app is easy to shop with quick navigation, high quality merchandise images, sufficient product details and the ability to checkout quickly.


Good ideas. Really buggy.

Love the ideas they’re trying to implement, but I can’t get to the edit screen for my shipping address during checkout. When I try to edit my addresses on file for my overall account, the “state” field won’t pop up a keyboard so I can’t add anything. Ultimately, I find the app unusable for shopping and am forced to go back to the website.


No notifications

Not receiving notifications even though I have them turned on in the app and on my phone settings. With the latest version as well.

Been a customer for over three years and used to really like them. It feels like their overall fit has changed recently. Tough to tell detail on the website - how it will fit or even the color. I’ve had to call customer service the last two orders to get them fixed. Final sales are decent deals but and a huge but, if it doesn’t fit you or is a diff color or styling than it appears on the app you are out of luck. Just throw it in the trash because they won’t take it back. Hard to fathom a company doing that for something you bought sight unseen. So here’s hoping it works out for you. Hasn’t for me and it’s been a major pain.
