I love the app but there’s a bug where I can’t change the shipping options when I check out. Had to place order through website as a result.

Love Bonobos, Love the app. Would like to see “How to wear it” improved. I use the like (heart) to mark things I have bought or have similar in my closet so I can review everything in my real closet not just the virtual closet on the app. I would like to see another way to create a “wish list” and and way to share that list with others in case my mom might want to buy me something for my bday :)

I really wanted to like this app. I have bought a lot of bonobos outfits. This app recommends I wear the same thing every day. No matter if it’s hot,cold, raining, etc. I was expecting a lot more. Hopefully they will fix this with future updates. Hey bonobos, only an idiot would wear a wool sweater when it’s 95 degrees outside.

This company is great and clothes are great. The exhanges/returns/shipping is all very easy and no stress. This app is great but doesn’t have all the items that the desktop website has. A few glitches here or there but nothing too big.

Can’t check the app out without logging in/signing in. Strike 1. Per their privacy policy, signing up automatically opts you in to not only their own spam, but that of third party advertisers as well. Strike 2. Email address not verified, enabling easy abuse by signing other people up for spam. Strike 3. And they’re out, even before getting to questioning the manufacturing origins and quality of their products.

...for the price that I’m paying for these pieces, it doesn’t make sense that I’m waiting SO long to have my order delivered. EVERYONE in the house got their items delivered from other retailers in a fraction of the time and they spent much less than me. Not to mention the fact that they’ve now changed my date for a third time. This was a gift to me but I doubt I’ll ever shop with Bonobos again. I like to have my clothing sooner than later. I could’ve driven to California, tried clothes on and returned and I’d still be waiting for this shipment.
