LONG overdue for an update. If this is how the UI and IC expect us to get around, they need to make sure the app works. It does not, and even if it did it’s becoming obsolete and won’t run on some new phones. Fix please, or give us an alternative
Not a great release

Crashed the first few times I tried opening it this morning. Buses aren’t showing on the maps. Some routes that are running show as not running.

The new version of Bongo looks a lot nicer than the older one, but it is permanently stuck trying to load everything. It doesn’t display anything under the Routes and Stops section. I’ve refreshed the app multiple times and nothing works. This app was useful before it broke.

Frustrating to use to begin with, even worse since the update. It wiped all my favorites, and no longer allows me to have said faves in the order I added them. Intensely laggy, taking minutes at a time to load predictions, and sometimes it just doesn’t load the predictions at all. Just leaves you with a completely blank page, even after multiple refreshes. Still has various inaccuracies in regards to certain buses arriving downtown, too.

The app updated and now I cannot see anything and is constantly crashing.

This would be a helpful app to let you see when your bus is coming since the city doesn’t post bus times for every stop. That said, the app won’t show me any stops or routes, which means that the app has no actual use.

Since the update the app won’t show any bus routes at all. No stops or anything. Even before the update it wasn’t that great, the time predictions were rarely accurate

Super inaccurate. I’ve had to wait outside for 10+ minutes in an Iowa winter (below zero weather). Also after the update, no routes or stops are showing up.
