Could this app get any worse???

As they say, I’d give this app zero stars if I could... As noted by another reviewer (who confusingly gave a 4 star rating?), when the app “update” occurred, all saved favorites were gone and when a stop or route is selected, the screen is blank. If you just leave it alone for 5 minutes or so, it MIGHT load the information but by then your bus likely had come and gone. Most worthless app on my phone and now no longer on my phone!

It was pretty bad before the update, it would always be minutes off and would randomly crash. Now I literally can’t even see when the busses are coming. Also if I try to open the maps the app crashes. Update: two days later I am standing at the bus stop waiting for the bus that was supposed to be here 5 minutes ago according to the app. I’m cold

After the most recent update, this thing works like a charm. 100% perfect, this app slaps.
Still Garbage
Matt, this app is trash
Constantly has me missing the bus, claiming the bus already went then the bus shows up. It will also have you waiting for a bus that won’t show up for 10+ minutes after the stated time on bongo and it doesn’t update the times. It also doesn’t have accurate times, they’re almost always off several minutes. Whoever designed this needs to fix it or delete it from the App Store.

Like the app but can’t even use it anymore. Every time I look at the maps it crashes and I have to delete the app and redownload to see it. Now even after I redownload it still crashes every time I open the app. Please fix it, I rely on this app the get me around campus ...
It used to looked ugly but worked well.

Right now it crashed every time when I open each route on my iPhone 7plus. What a waste of the time.
