We need a new app that gives ACCURATE times and better technology. As if the app could not get any worse, I was surprised to see it did since the new update! I opened the app and found my favorite routes deleted and no bus schedule or bus stop could be found. Every page was blank. I decided to delete the app. I downloaded it again this morning and when i went to click on a route my phone went blank and app shut down!

Literally doesn’t work anymore since the update. Wish I could revert back to an earlier version.

The app constantly closes itself/fails if I try to click on a route or bus stop!! Impossible to even view the bus schedule. Useless since the new update ?

It was crapy app to begin with. Now its even worse. There is no option for giving negative star otherwise I could have done that.

This app does its job and predicts bus arrival as accurate as possible. Busses get rerouted and times change, that’s just how it is people, learn to work around it. That being said there are some issues, but the reviews are far to critical and expect way too much out of a public bus system app.

The update is worse than the previous version, which was also terrible. I’ve missed multiple buses due to inaccurate predictions and lag time loading. It’s incredibly frustrating in winter weather. Please fix it.
